Home is Here- Songs and Stories from Shropshire

I had the BEST time working for Pentabus Theatre Company this term on a beautiful project. I was lucky enough to visit schools and care homes and help write songs about living in Shropshire. It really was such a fantastic experience and I'm so grateful for the opportunity. 

Working with primary schools and care homes across Shropshire we used our stoires and memories to create original songs and poetry. We then performed the pieces as part of a showcase at St Chad's Church. It was brilliant!

Pentabus proudly presents a brand new showcase of songs and stories created by Shropshire school pupils and older people from the county's care homes and communities.

In this multi-generational spoken-word and song-writing project, participants will creatively explore friendship, community, storytelling, wellbeing and what it means to call Shropshire home.
